ATLANTA (CBS46) -

Georgia State Patrol troopers were able to recover a stolen truck Monday after a high-speed chase.

Around 11:15 a.m., the owner of a black Toyota Tundra pickup truck stopped at a gas station on Highway 138 in Riverdale. The driver left the vehicle running.

Three men jumped into the running vehicle and sped away.

Fortunately, the truck was equipped with a GPS tracking system.

The Riverdale Police Department was able to track the vehicle's whereabouts and notified GSP.

Troopers caught up with the truck in southwest Atlanta a little after 12:30 p.m. and attempted to initiate a traffic stop.

The driver refused to stop and troopers began a chase.

The chase ended on Fraser Street near Atlanta Avenue in southeast Atlanta where the men bailed from the truck.

Two were taken into custody and a third suspect is still missing.
