An internal battle for control of the city of Snellville spilled into a Gwinnett County courtroom Friday. Mayor Kelly Kautz is suing the City Council and the city clerk over powers she claims they are taking away from her.
Gwinnett County Magistrate Judge Warren Davis granted a temporary restraining order preventing anyone from using Kautz's stamped or electronic signature without her permission. Warren declined to issue several other restraining orders until he heard more evidence from both sides.
Both sides are due back in court Feb. 24.
