According to the FBI, three North Georgia individuals are in federal custody on federal firearms and explosives related charges after an FBI led operation in the Cartersville area.

FBI spokesman Steve Emmett says the FBI is currently seeking a federal search warrant currently and more charges are expected.

The FBI identified the three men as:

Terry Eugene Peace, age 45, of Rome, Georgia

Brian Edward Cannon, age 36, of Rome, GA (previously from Salt Lake City, UT)

Cory Williamson, age 28, of Rome, GA (previously from Pennsylvania)

The investigation was a collaboration between the FBI SWAT and the Cartersville police.

Emmett says a Walmart in Carters was used as a staging area but the actual investigation took place at a nearby home. Walmart nor its customers were involved in the investigation.
