A Kennesaw father, accused of secretly videotaping women and children, now faces similar charges in Florida.

According to arrest warrants, William Randolph Cushen, 35, videotaped women and kids at the Long Beach Resort in Panama City, FL, in May 2012 inside a condo bathroom.

Cobb County police found seven videos from Florida while searching Cushen's computer. They first arrested Cushen in November after they say he secretly recorded people at The Overlook at Marietta Country Club Subdivision. They said he set up cameras in the neighborhood's clubhouse bathroom as well as in his own home.

"It was disbelief at first, then shock, then sadness," one alleged victim told CBS46 exclusively. She said Cushen was secretly recording her and her young daughters when they vacationed with Cushen and his family in Florida. "Now I'm at a place where I'm really praying for him, honestly. You know he needs help."

U.S. Marshals were waiting on Cushen to arrive at a divorce hearing Wednesday morning. They planned to take him into custody and then extradite him to Florida to face the new charges. He never showed.

Cushen turned himself into the Bay County Sheriff's office Wednesday night at 10:42 p.m.
