General Motors is now issuing three new recalls and says a total of about 1.5 million vehicles are affected.
The biggest recall involves 1.2 million of GM's popular Crossover SUV models because of a problem that could result in the side airbags not deploying. The second recall is for 64,000 2013 and 2014 Cadillac XTS Sedans for a problem with overheating brakes. The third recall involves about 300,000 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana full size vans to rework the instrument panel to improve safety.
These latest recalls come on the heels of the GM's recall of about 1.6 million vehicles for an ignition switch problem.
GM says there are no injuries related to the three new recalls.
