CHEROKEE COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

Two metro Atlanta women were arrested after being caught in a coast-to-coast marijuana ring.

According to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, agents found 46 pounds of marijuana at the Canton home of 66-year-old Linda Hensen on Monday.

Police say Hensen was holding the drugs at her home for 56-year-old Sylvia Hyder of Tucker.

Both women are being charged with trafficking in marijuana.

Agents learned the drugs were being shipped to Hensen's home after one of the packages was intercepted by authorities in Oregon, according to police.

Authorities said the final total weight of the marijuana will determined by the crime lab.
