A man was shot and killed outside a Cobb County restaurant early Saturday morning.
Zakeem Berry, 23, was found outside a Red Lobster near the 2600 block of George Bushbee Parkway in Kennesaw, according to a spokesperson from the Cobb County Department of Public Safety.
Authorities said Berry was found in the road just after midnight with a gunshot wound. He was transported to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital where he later died.
Authorities say they later found the suspect, 23-year-old Richard Holcomb, at a Kroger in Acworth.
Holcomb was also taken to the hospital and treated for what police described as a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Holcomb later died at the hospital.
