A DeKalb County sheriff's deputy has found himself on the wrong side of the law.
According to the DeKalb County Police Department, Keenan Notae was arrested after a 19-year-old woman said she was sexually assaulted by the deputy.
The victim said on Jan. 14, she went out on a date with Notae and he provided alcoholic drinks to the underage woman. She told police she got drunk and was attacked by Notae.
Detectives determined testing provided enough evidence to obtain arrest warrants for the deputy. He was arrested Wednesday night at his home and charged with rape, aggravated sodomy and furnishing alcohol to a person underage.
