Gwinnett County police have one man in custody and are looking for another following a murder in Norcross.
Police arrested Sherwin Johnson, 34, Wednesday and charged him with aggravated assault and felony murder. They say he and 29-year-old Quinton Hall killed Kevin Pierre, 23, at the Bradford Gwinnett Apartments in Norcross on April 13.
Hall has been charged for the crime, but is still on the loose.
According to police, there was a dispute between acquaintances. This led to a physical fight and then shots were fired.
Police say the fight and dispute did not involve the victim Pierre. Detectives believe he was struck by a stray bullet and tried to run off before falling to his injuries.
If you have any information about the whereabouts of Hall, please call Crime Stoppers at 404-557-TIPS (8477), or visit their website www.crimestoppersatlanta.org. Tipsters are eligible for a reward of $2,000 for information leading to Hall's arrest.
