ATLANTA (CBS46) -

A second teenager has died following a hit-and-run accident in Kennesaw a week ago.

Juliana Ferrell, 16, succumbed to her injuries. She had been at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital since Sunday night.

The accident also killed 15-year-old Reina As-Salaam, the daughter of East Point Chief Magistrate Rashida Oliver.

A third girl, Monica Epps, suffered broken bones.

The accident happened when a locksmith chased a customer he says did not pay him, and ran into the three girls on a sidewalk on Barrett Lakes Boulevard.

Both men now face two counts of vehicular homicide.
