Pro Bowl wide receiver Julio Jones was in attendance for an Atlanta Falcons practice Wednesday.
The Falcons are in their second week of offseason workouts.
Jones appeared at the workout but did not practice. He continues to recover from a foot injury that has sidelined him since October 2013.
Veteran wide receiver Roddy White did not appear at the practice Wednesday.
Coach Mike Smith said it was a good time for the older players to get to know the newer guys.
"I think it's important that we look at different combinations of guys," Smith said.
"We've been doing it long enough where we've had an opportunity to evaluate these guys in our OTA practices, so we're going to move guys in. Like I said when we started this offseason, it's going to be about a competition and having an opportunity to compete."
Smith and the players said their light workouts are very focused and competitive.
