BUFORD, GA (CBS46) -

Police said three men robbed a Gwinnett County dollar store of $20,000 in Jewelry.

"These guys were pretty bold to go in when they did," said Corporal Jake Smith with the Gwinnett County Police Department.

Though the store goes by the name "Dollar Store," it sells a variety of items.

Police said the men entered the store where customers were shopping with children and showed a gun to the clerk, demanding she open the display cases. They stuffed a large duffle bag with jewelry and demanded the clerk open the cash register.

"The second suspect comes in. He wears a black mask (and) has dreadlocks," said Corporal Smith.

He said one of the men put on a mask right in front of customers who were leaving, but none of the customers called police.

The men then used zip ties to restrain the clerk and then took her driver's license.

"Kind of with an implied threat they said for insurance," said Corporal Smith.

With the clerk's home address listed on her license police believe the men did this to keep the clerk from calling the police.

If you recognize the men in the video you are asked to call the Gwinnett County Police Department at (770) 513-5000.
