New Jersey high school to drop final exams

Posted: Updated:
WAYNE, NJ (CBS46) -

A New Jersey high school is eliminating midterms and final exams. But, that doesn't mean it will be an easy ride for students.

WCBS in New York reports that there will instead now be ongoing, computer-based replacement tests that will take nearly 10 hours to complete.

The test, which will be given over a period of 20 days, will require more explanations and problem solving, instead of using the popular multiple-choice format.
