POWDER SPRINGS, GA (CBS46) -

Cobb County police are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself to a teenager on June 18.

According to a news release from the department, a 16-year-old girl said a man motioned her to his van while she was selling books in the parking lot of a Kroger in Powder Springs.

The teenager said while she was talking with the man, she noticed that he was exposing himself, according to police.

As the girl walked away, the man allegedly watched her as he circled the parking lot in his van, according to authorities.

The man is described as being 30-40 years old with a medium build and thinning gray-brown hair.

According to police, he was driving a white panel van with a ladder on top, and blue writing on the side that included the letters "DENNI."

Police said the van was also missing a hubcap on the driver's side rear wheel.
