The husband of an Ebola patient being treated in Atlanta said he believes his wife is getting stronger, according to CNN.

David Writebol gave the comments on his wife, Nancy, who is one of two patients currently receiving special treatment for the virus at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.

"Each time I talk to her, I get a sense her voice is clearer and brighter," said Writebol. "So, I'm imagining that she's getting stronger, and she tells me that she is feeling better and getting stronger. Still very weak, and still not necessarily, it's moving in the right direction."

Nancy Writebol and Dr. Kent Brantly were both infected with the virus while in Africa. They were transported by a special aircraft at Emory where they continue to receive treatment.

Meanwhile, David Writebol and two other people are being quarantined in an RV camp in North Carolina after returning from Africa. All three missionaries will be quarantined for at least 21 days.
