Turns out, those fuel estimates you see on the window stickers of Mini Coopers are wrong. The Environmental Protection Agency is telling BMW, which makes Mini Coopers, to reduce the estimates.

The biggest reduction comes for the 2014 Mini three door--and three door S, which drops from 38 miles per gallon to 34. BMW says it made calculation mistakes for the wrong estimates.

Goin' postal

The Postal Workers Union wants the president of Harvard University to either oppose a deal to put post offices in Staples stores.. or give up her job with Staples.

Staples began putting post offices in stores last year. Harvard President, Drew Gilpin, Faust, sits on the Staples' Board of Directors. And the Postal Union says she should use influence to end the deal. The Union says Staples uses poorly trained workers to handle mail in a low security environment.

Apple says it was a very small number of people impacted by the problem--and the second charge has been refunded to users with Bank of America accounts.

Apple Pay launched Monday--and is accepted at 220,000 locations across the country.
