Cobb County eavesdropping case may go to grand jury - CBS46 News

Case involving man accused of videotaping kids in bathroom may go to grand jury

Posted: Updated:

The case of a man accused of doing the unthinkable could go before a grand jury any day.

Police said William Cushen secretly spied on his neighbors, shooting video of them as they used the bathroom at his home in Kennesaw. Two of his victims were just 11 and 12.

CBS46 speaks exclusively with the victims' parents. Laurie and William Pazda said they felt betrayed and disgusted.

"It just bothers you when somebody you were that close with can do such despicable things," William Pazda said.

"He needs to be put away in prison for a while so he can sit and think about what he's been doing," Laurie Pazda said.

Investigators accuse Cushen of shooting the video between 2008 and 2011.

Cushen is charged with eavesdropping and sexual exploitation of children.
