LAWRENCEVILLE, GA (CBS46) -

A major break in a four-year-old murder case have led police to arrest the victim's husband.

Matthew Leili, the husband of Nique Leili, was arrested and charged with murder on Wednesday.

Nique's Leili's family found her body in the woods near her Gwinnett County home back in the summer of 2011.

Police were not able to name a suspect until now.

They uncovered some clues on Matthew Leili's computer, linked to surveillance cameras in the couple's home.

Matthew Leili had moved out of state with the couple's two young daughters. Police arrested him after he showed up in Georgia for a hearing about his wife's life insurance.

Neighbors say it's about time.

“I'm glad they got him. I'm glad they arrested him. It has been a long time coming,” said Lee Morgan, who lives near where the couple used to live.

Tom Clegg, Matthew Leili's court appointed attorney, would not comment.
