COBB COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

Day 13: CBS46's Vince Sims is in the courtroom as potential jurors are questioned for the trial of Justin Ross Harris.

Harris is on trial in the death of his son, Cooper Harris.

Harris told investigators he forgot 22-month-old Cooper was in his car when he went to work on June 18, 2014. Cooper was found dead more than seven hours later.

"As a father of two boys it's unfathomable what occurred," One potential juror said.

That started the questioning of controversial Juror number 57, a married father of two.

"I don't understand how a father can have his kid roasting in a car...", Juror 57 said.

"I don't see how like if the kid was in the car eight or nine hours roasting in the hot sun that there wasn't some massive stench."

That Juror went on to say, "I don't know if he is guilty to a manslaughter charge but I think worst case he's guilty of stupidity."

But it was his answers to his questionnaire that prosecutor Jesse Evans took issue with. Evans accused the Juror of lying about his education and arrest record.

"You are not listed as having the CLU certification you have on the questionnaire and on your linked in page. Can you explain that," Evans asked.

"We also checked with American College about Masters of Insurance Planning they don't have such a degree there," Evans said.

Then Evans questioned him about an arrest he didn't list on the questionnaire.

"You forgot about the fight but how do you forget about a search warrant being executed on your home where a pound and three quarters of marijuana are seized when you and your wife are arrested in the bedroom?"
