Yellow Jackets hope to keep momentum going against in-state Mercer

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will look to remain undefeated on the year when they host the Mercer Bears on Saturday.

The Jackets return home from Ireland after a huge come back win over Boston College 17-14 in the season opener.

Dedrick Mills led the Jackets in rushing with 73 yards on 18 carries. He also rushed for a touchdown.

Mercer dropped their opener to The Citadel 24-23 at Five Star Stadium in Macon. The Bears staged an amazing comeback, coming back to take the lead after falling behind 21-3 early. 

The Citadel was able to convert a field goal with 2:20 left to get the win.

Saturday's game kicks off at 3 p.m. from Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta.
