Tree service leaves giant mess

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

It seemed like perfect timing. Dale Richliski needed some trees taken down and a man with a tree service happened to knock on her door.

The Hochston homeowner contracted with Andrew Mosely to have 20 trees removed at a cost of $2,000. Mosely's crew cut down the trees, and Mosely promised to return the next day and clear them out.

Mosely asked for an advance and Richliski paid him $1,500. But Mosely and his workers never returned to finish the job. So Richliski decided she'd Better Call Harry.
