Missing Forsyth woman returns home

CUMMING, GA (CBS46) -

The Forsyth County Sheriffs Office said a missing woman returned home safely to her family Sunday morning.

The Forsyth County Sheriffs Office said they were looking for Eloise Self, a 73-year-old woman who went missing from her home Saturday.

Sheriff's Office officials said Self was last seen at her home on Valley Place in Cumming around 5:30 p.m. on November 19.

Eloise is approximately 5-feet tall and weighs 118 lbs. She has blue eyes and gray hair. Authorities said she was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants with white flower print, blue shoes and a gold jacket.

She may be driving a gray 2011 Kia Optima.

Anyone with any information on Eloise’s whereabouts is asked to call the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office at 770-781-3087.
