ATLANTA (CBS46) -

Police say they're looking for a man who sexually assaulted a woman in Atlanta after pretending to be an Uber driver.

The man picked up the woman from a bar on Buckhead Avenue around 11:30 p.m. on March 11. The man drove the woman around for hours without taking her to her destination, according to authorities. He also forced her to an ATM machine where surveillance cameras showed a picture of his vehicle but was unable to capture the license plate.

Police say the woman was sexually assaulted in the backseat of what appears to be a Ford Fusion. Atlanta Police Sergeant Warren Pickard says this isn't the first time the suspect has attacked a woman.

"We are looking for him. We think this is not the first time that he has committed a crime similar to this, so we need the public's help in getting this guy off the streets as quickly as possible," said Pickard.

Police also say the suspect isn't an Uber driver.

Atlanta police provided a sketch of the suspect, which is attached to this story.
