Utility scammers are targeting residential customers

ATLANTA (CBS46) -

Your phone rings. The caller identifies himself as being with Georgia Power. Caller ID appears to confirm that. You're told if you don't pay an outstanding debt immediately, your lights will be turned off. What do you do?

Better Call Harry says hang up. Here are his signs to tell the legitimate contacts from the scam variety.
