GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

A man who barricaded himself in a bedroom after deputies attempted to serve eviction-type paperwork at a home in Gwinnett County Wednesday afternoon has been booked into jail.

Gregory Keith Mann, 46, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault after about a five-hour standoff.

The Gwinnett County Police Department SWAT Team were dispatched to the home on Saratoga Drive in unincorporated Lawrenceville.

The deputies walked into the foyer of the home to communicate with the man but the man retreated back into a bedroom.  As the deputies were trying to speak with him, they heard about four gunshots from inside the home.

No deputies were harmed, and neither of them discharged their firearms.
