ATLANTA (CBS46) -

No charges will be filed against a man in connection to a fatal crash on I-75 Northbound just North of Marietta Parkway on New Year's Eve.

A vehicle traveling northbound lost control and spun out, ending up facing oncoming traffic. The driver, 27-year-old Kristin Stiltner, was attempting to move her vehicle when it was struck by another car. Stiltner got out of her vehicle and made her way to the median wall. Three more cars collided with Stiltner's vehicle and pinned her against the median wall.

Stiltner was rushed to Kennestone Hospital for treatment, but she later died from her injuries.

Dennis Long, 52, of Morrison, Tennessee, contacted Marietta Police after learning they were looking for him.

According to police and witnesses, Stiltner rear-ended Long's truck and lost control of her car and spun out of control. Police say Long drove away after looking at his truck and not noticing any major damage.

Investigators inspected the truck and determined he will not be charged.
