(Meredith) -- Sonic Drive-In is rolling out a new summer slush that may lean on the sour side. The restaurant chain just debuted their newest flavor -- pickle juice.
Sonic Drive-In tweeted out the announcement saying, "Get your tastebuds ready for pickle juice deliciousness."
Food & Wine called the "sweet and tangy" fluorescent green drink "surprisingly delicious." "You won’t understand why, but you’ll keep going back for more sips, likely until it’s all gone."
Food & Wine said you could use the pickle-flavored syrup on anything on the menu. In other words, the syrup may be added to burgers, sundaes or even shakes, for a small upcharge.

The article stated that Sonic may be one of the first fast-food chains to carry a pickle-style drink nationwide.
