DULUTH, GA (CBS46) -

The newly-opened Skywalker Trampoline Park in Duluth has been forced to shut its doors after fire ripped through the building Monday night, while customers and employees were inside.

The park, located across from the Gwinnett Place Mall, had just held their grand opening celebration on March 31 and was getting ready for the Spring Break holiday.

The fire started around 9:15 p.m. with 10 to 15 guests inside, along with several employees. Someone noticed smoke near the entrance of the building, causing the fire alarm to sound. Everyone was evacuated and no one was hurt, although an adult guest was injured before the fire while participating in one of the activities.

"Right now we're still investigating the cause," said Justin Wilson with Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services. "There's a lot of smoke and heat damage inside. We're letting the smoke ventilate the structure in order to go in, for our fire investigator that's on the scene to investigate the origin and the cause determination."

Still no word on a cause.

The fire is a huge setback for the facility which has forced it to close its doors during what was expected to be a fantastic opening week.
