Joe Clyde Daniels, 5, was killed. His body has not been found. (Source: TBI)DICKSON, TN (Meredith/WSMV) -- The mother of a young Tennessee boy was arrested nearly a week after police said her husband killed their son.
Krystal Daniels, 27, was booked into the Dickson County Jail on Monday and charged with one count of aggravated child neglect or endangerment.
Her husband, Joseph Ray Daniels, told investigators he fatally beat 5-year-old Joe Clyde, who had autism, according to court documents.
Police said the mother later admitted to being present at the family's home on April 4 when the father "intentionally caused the death of their son."
Investigators claim Krystal Daniels did not report the abuse and homicide of the 5-year-old despite having multiple opportunities to do so. She also allegedly knew that her husband had disposed of the boy's body.

The young boy had been the subject of an endangered child alert before police arrested Joseph Daniels in connection to the boy's death. The dad is now charged with criminal homicide.
Both Joseph and Krystal Daniels are being held on $1 million bond.
Police are also investigating whether others were involved in killing the child, whose body remains missing as of Tuesday morning.
