ATLANTA (CBS46) -

CBS46 is congratulating Emmy-award winning reporter Adam Murphy and former photojournalist Jon Goss for winning a 2018 Regional Edward R. Murrow Award for a story called "Keep Marching."

It was the story of Jahkee Johnson, a 16-year-old Cedar Grove High School marching band member who lost his legs to a rare disease.

"Please join me in congratulating Adam and Jon (from afar) for their outstanding journalism and storytelling," said CBS46 News Director Steve Doerr to staff Wednesday.

"Congratulations to Adam and Jon," added CBS46 Vice President/General Manager Lyle Banks.
