FORSYTH COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

A Forsyth County man has been arrested and is charged with several sex-related crimes involving an underage runaway from DeKalb County.

Matthew Humphries, 31, of Cumming, is charged with trafficking in sexual servitude, interference with child custody and contributing to the delinquency of a minor after police say he victimized a 16 year-old runaway.

The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office received a tip about a juvenile at Humphries' residence on May 19. Deputies went to the home and interviewed the girl and determined that she was involved in prostitution and sex crimes.

She was turned over to the Department of Family and Children Services.

Humphries was arrested and is currently at the Forsyth County Jail.
