HARALSON COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

A man who Haralson County Police believe may be responsible in the disappearance of a woman in early June has turned himself in to authorities.

Jeffery Seth Odom turned himself in early Wednesday morning.

Police are still searching for Jessica Victoria Earl, who was last seen June 8 when she was involved in a domestic situation with Odom. The pair was then seen walking away from a residence on Little Circle near Tallapoosa.

In June, police said Odom was eluding law enforcement due to theft by receiving stolen property and has a felony warrant, two bench warrants for drug possession and obstruction and possession of firearm by a convicted felon.

Two people, 31-year-old Tyla Toliver and a 40-year-old female from Villa Rica, were both arrested and charged for transporting Jeffery to a residence on June 21.

Jessica Earl is still missing. If you have any information on her whereabouts, you're asked to contact the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.
