This company has hurt so many tenants financial situation. My husband is active duty military in Savannah GA. We rented from AH4R for 15 months and recently ended our lease. We have struggled to find anyone to help us with this company after moving out. They broke into our house 3 days before our lease ended through our front window. We caught them upon move out with our final inspection photos that had been date stamped. We reported to AH4R that our house had been broken into and they acted like they knew nothing about it. After this all contact with AM4R stopped and they slapped us with a huge bill. We have multiple emails of us trying to reach the property manager who we have never had contact, she refuses to contact us. We have spoken to JAG and with all of our evidence-informed us this company can be blacklisted as a landlord due to the treatment of active duty military. This situation has been so very frustrating and stressful. My husband is a Senior NCO instructor and I work for the Port of Savannah, we are not a young couple having raging parties without a care in the world. My husband has served our country for 15 years with 4 tours and this is the treatment this company gives our service members. This company needs to be stopped and held accountable.
