I live in Rockdale County and I did not hear about this until 13th/14th story in Rockdale Citizen newspaper. I am a State licensed Rescue. I tried to find out name of lady from everyone out here newspaper, Dept of Ag who did not know about it, My inspector, I also called Commissioners and wrote e-mails to them. This lady got a slap on the hand $1000.00 and no one knows whether she was selling these dogs or not. No license and they will not give out her name? I have also contacted another TV station and they knew nothing . Why the Hush, Hush??? The 5 dogs they allowed her to keep were not spayed and neutered. Just doesn't make any sense as to why this was handled the way it was. Why was she allowed to keep 5 unaltered dogs? Report Add Reply Welcome to the discussion. Log In Keep it Clean.
