Authorities confirmed the body of a deceased person located in the Yellow River has been identified as an Atlanta woman reported missing on February 4.

A resident was fishing when the remains of 23 year-old Shanequa Quanee Sullivan were discovered around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday just south of Rocky Plain Road, according to authorities.

Shanequa Sullivan, 23, left her job around 3:30 p.m. on February 4 and was last seen boarding a MARTA train.

Sullivan was on autism spectrum.

The remains were transported to Newton County Coroner's Office. A cause or manner of death has not been determined.

As the investigation continues, the State Crime Lab will perform an autopsy.
