21-year-old Antwain Wolfork, was arrested Thursday morning by the Atlanta Police Department accused of committing home invasions in Brookhaven and Atlanta.
The arrests stems from police responding to a shooting on August 4 on Clairmont Way. Police authorized arrest warrants for Aggravated Battery, Burglary, Armed Robbery, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony.
CBS46 News talked with one woman who says Wolfork pointed an AK-47 at her head and stole about $50,000 worth of her belongings.
"I'm thrilled that he's arrested," said Barbara Lyles-Anderson. "It did kind of put me back into that notice mode. I was shaking a little bit thinking about it."
Police later determined that the AK-47 used in the crime was actually a fake weapon.
Wolfork is also a a suspect in several incidents including a home invasion in Atlanta.
