Police are searching for a man and woman caught on camera using four young girls to help them steal merchandise from a Walmart on the Fourth of July.

Detectives identified one of the suspects as Dino Vlado, 34. They believe Vlado is the father of the girls.

Surveillance video shows the couple broke through a locked gate and entered a storage facility behind the Walmart on Lawrenceville Highway. The six people, including all four girls, stole approximately 50 car batteries and loaded them into the back of a white minivan.

Lilburn Police Chief Bruce Hedley expressed his dismay at the situation. “It is disheartening that children would be used in criminal activities such as this,” Chief Hedley said in a Facebook post.

The youngest girl assisting in the burglaries appears to be only five or six years old.

Police were able to identify Vlado from the identification he had to show a local junk yard where he sold them the stolen car batteries. If you know Vlado's whereabouts, call the Lilburn Police Department.
