City of Atlanta to hold work session on dockless mobility devices

The City of Atlanta is getting ready to take another look at the rules and regulations when dealing with shareable, dockless mobility devices like bird scooters.

Many rules are still being broken. You probably see them left in the middle of sidewalks or left on private property.

Atlanta Police tell CBS46 you can no operate your moped or scooter device on limited access highways or any road that has a minimum speed limit over 35 miles per hour.

A City of Atlanta work session on the regulation of these scooters is Friday morning.
