Cruelty to Children Arrest

WINDER, Ga. (CBS46) – The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office said Monday it has arrested two people after a three-week old infant was found with multiple broken bones.

Jarret McCloud, 20, and Megan Richmond,22, both of Winder, Georgia were arrested after the child was found with “numerous broken bones along with other injuries.” Both have been charged with aggravated battery and cruelty to children in the first degree. McCloud was also charged with reckless conduct.

The Sheriff’s Office said the investigation into the infant’s injuries was ongoing and that more charges will likely be filed.WINDER, Ga.
