Things are heating up with Campaign 2018 now that several people claim they have been removed from voter rolls in Georgia. The Secretary of State is even named in a federal lawsuit over it.

If you happen to be one of the people who's been removed or who just doesn't know and wants to find out the information before the registration deadline, visit www.registertovote.sos.ga.gov.

The Secretary of State Brian Kemps says, your best bet to avoid typos or incomplete information is to use your driver's license number or state-issued ID number through the online voter registration form.

The form must be completed no later than Oct. 9 at 11:59 p.m.

If you submit a paper form to the Secretary of State's office, the form must be postmarked on or before Oct. 9.
