A man was killed Sunday after a shooting at a Walmart in Gwinnett County.

The shooting occurred at the store on 1550 Scenic Highway in Snellville.

Police say they arrived at the scene and found the victim, Fadil Delkic. Delkic was transported to the Gwinnett Medical Center with a life-threatening gunshot wound to the chest. He later died from his injuries.

According to police, the shooting incident happened after Delkic and the suspect, Troy Hunte and Hunte's fiance got into a verbal argument in the parking lot. The argument turned physical when Hunte's fiance hit Delkic in the face. Shortly after, Hunte pulled a handgun from his pocket and shot Delkic in the chest.

The Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office has charged with voluntary manslaughter and is currently being held at the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office. The investigation is still on-going. If you have any information, please contact the Snellville Police Department at 770-985-3555.
