Atlanta, Ga (CBS46) Police say a fatal shooting at Washington Park is being treated as a case of self-defense.

The Nov. 10 shooting took place just after 8:15 p.m. at the park located in the 100 block of Ollie Street in northwest Atlanta.

Officers say an argument between a man and 41-year-old Brian Lee Bell, which then escalated into a physical altercation and ultimately a shooting. Bell died on the scene. The other man was taken into custody that evening for questioning.

The Fulton County's DA will continue the investigation.
