Two jail guards with the Spalding County Sheriff's Office have been fired after voicing their support for neo-Nazi beliefs.

Guards Howard Costner and Jesse Jones were outed by anti-fascist activists after they say the two men publicly supported neo-Nazi views online.

A spokesperson for the sheriff's office says Costner and Jones were fired on Sunday.

The spokesperson also says their views are not consistent with the department.
