Suspected serial killer was once homeless

Aeman Presley

CBS46 has learned more about a man accused of shooting and killing two homeless men and a hairstylist.

We've learned Aeman Presley himself was homeless, and living in a transitional home.

He lived at the Gateway Center for two months before the crimes happened.

Presley is being charged in connection with the deaths of Dorian Jenkins, Tommy Mims and Karen Pearce.

"They said, 'Man he was one of your clients, and wasn't he in your dorm?' I said, 'yeah. I know him,'" said Eugene Henry.

Henry told CBS46's Dontaye Carter about the moment he saw Presley's mug shot on the news. Henry said he worked with Presley at the transitional home to help him get his life back on track.

"He never demonstrated himself openly. He was more introverted. Very quiet. But never thought he would find himself in a situation he found himself in allegedly," said Henry. "He didn't display that type of character."

But he did display something else.

"He showed us pictures on his Facebook of a lot of satanic stuff," Henry said. "I kind of felt that he was on some devil-worshiping stuff but I never approached him because it was personal and I didn't know how to approach him on that situation."

Presley is being held at the Fulton County Jail without bond. His next court date is set for the morning of Dec. 26 at 9:30 a.m.
