(CNN) -- On Saturday, Twitter began censoring and blocking tweets from the President of the United States, deeming them “misleading about an election or other civic process.”

The president tweeted claims about ballots cast in Pennsylvania on Saturday.

In one of the tweets the president wrote:

“Tens of thousands of votes were illegally received after 8 PM on Tuesday, Election Day, totally and easily changing the results in Pennsylvania…”

Officials say there are no substantiated claims of illegal votes cast in Pennsylvania, after 8 PM on election day.

The social media giant put a label on the president’s tweets saying:

“Some or all of the content shared in this tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.”

Twitter has also barred people from commenting or sharing the tweets.
